Somatic Explorations has completed the paperwork to allow workshops to be delivered in the United States. One Day Upper Extremity and One Day Internal Organ workshops will soon be available in select cities in the US.

BC Ambulance Approves Continuing Ed at the Lab

BC Ministry of Health Services has approved all of Somatic Explorations offerings for continuing education for BC Paramedics.
In-depth Forearm and Hand Dissection Added to Course List

The first in-depth forearm and hand dissection was held today with 9 participants and 3 specimens.

Another Donor Arrives in the Lab

The Lab is has finally received a new male donor to replace 'Bob'. In the next 2 weeks 'Bernie' will be sagittally dissected before preparing the medial and lateral views of his body. It is time for 'Bob' to finish his stay at the Lab and be reunited with his family. Although 'Bob' was a challenge, he was an AMAZING study and taught people so much!
International Fascial Congress 2012 Pre-Conference Dissection Announced

As part of the 3rd International Fascial Research Congress to be held in Vancouver in 2012, there will be a pre-workshop fascail dissection workshop held at Somatic Explorations. The course will be directed by Dr Robert Scheip, world renowned fascial expert and co-founder of the fascial congress.
The dates of the workshop are from March 22 to 26, 2012. There will be more details posted as they become available.
